My car was running fine i ran battery down jumped it drove it home parked it then next morning it turned over but would not start and upon later review had no spark to plugs electricity stops at distributer
What is your question?
Checked all sensors fuses cap rotor plug wires and plugs and think its the ignition coil am i right?
Well - the ignition coils do give a right smart of problems .. However it can be tested using a volt-ohm meter to be sure that the problem ..
'Sometimes' - having a helper crank engine - while you are observing the ignition coil - you may see the spark jump out to the side of the coil - that's reason enough to replace it.
Figuring the engine has several miles on it - I recommend replacing the distributor *assembly*..
Good luck!
