Axle replacement, now car won't start

Hi - I am Dave, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I cannot be entirely sure, but the first thing I would do is check your battery its state of charge. Check the ability for it to sustain a load such as when trying to start the vehicle. Then you'll want to check the brake light switch to see if it's working. When you step on the brakes, do your brake lights come on? If not - and your battery passes testing - then you could have an issue there.. Hands on testing is needed.
