I was just reading about the 2012 vw cc recalls. I just bought a used one, should i do anything about the recalls and if so what do i do

No need to be concerned about any 'recalls" until you check for any on your particular vehicle. You'll need to get your 17 digit vehicle identification number (VIN) and check with Volkswagen to see if your particular vehicle has any open recalls present. Your Volkswagen dealership will also service any outstanding recalls that are present for your vehicle. If a recall is not showing for your vehicle -- then -- your vehicle is either already fixed or was never affected by the recall you're seeing. Remember: recalls are VIN specific, so that's the best way to check.
