I have two problems and wanting to know what’s wrong

My first question is that my car makes a weird noise when idle/parked or holding the break pedal. It’s like a rattling noise it’s hard to explain, I didn’t know if it’s fine and the car just sounds like that but I’m just worried it’s something bad. this car was given to me with problems already and I just don’t know much. But the second problem is that my car starts shaking at 40-60+ mph. I was told by the shop that I have a hole in it and they patched it but my tire light came on again ever since it started shaking. It would get really bad at some point to where I would have to stop.
