The climate control system may not work from the time of startup due a software issue. If the defroster does not function, a loss of visibility may occur for the driver, causing a safety issue. Recalls are unrelated to your warranty coverage. Any recalls that are issued for safety-related items on your vehicle will be repaired by the vehicle manufacturer at no cost to you.
