The interim repair of using butyl tape to temporarily prevent fuel leaks from the fuel pump flange has been updated by a new recall. Dealers will replace the fuel pump flange and install butyl tape free of charge to resolve the concern.

Recall repairs on your Audi must be performed by a Audi dealership. Audi will notify known owners of affected vehicles beginning in December, 2018. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Audi dealerships. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle.
